Introduction
This book is a small part of a larger series of messages that I started to receive in the year of 1991 on a Mediterranean island.
The source of knowledge from which these words come from is evident in all of the messages.
How do I receive these words? through a vortex of energy, a channel of light, a channel of hope and healing.
I decided to edit this book first in Cusco , because it is a powerful magnetic place, and as such, it attracts many searchers of light and truth from around the world, beyond race, culture, or belief.
Cusco is the first step to reveal these words to the world, and they are being published in English and Spanish.
We are all living now in a world of big events that will change the shape of all continents.
We are all close to experiencing a moment of truth, a climax.
It is the time to rise above cultures, races, and beliefs, and begin to realize that we are sons of a Unique Creator. The unnamed that blew his breath into the dust and ashes that we are made of.
Who am I? a simple human being, named Joaquin Ricardo Aguilar, and who goes by the pseudonym Human.
I am just a server of Him, like others around the world who serve light and truth from their own free will.
Now, this book is covered with the flight of the Great Spirit.

Those who give will receive. Like brings like. If you have given love, you will be loved. If you have given hope, you will be given hope. If you have given trust, you will receive trust. If you have helped a friend in need, you will be helped when in need. Love your neighbor and your neighbor will love you.
- Deeper and deeper is the truth of the world. Look around you.
- I Am the voice of your hope, the light of your faith.
- Virtues give strength. Follow them! Virtues give strength to the soul and spirit. Live them! Follow the virtuous path daily. This is part of your mission: patience, obedience, humility and charity, four words, but much more. Live them daily with love. Live them!

Loving and sharing is not easy to do continuously. Goodness is hard to achieve. What the heart wants to follow, sometimes the mind interferes. For this there is patience, for this there is humility, for this most of all there is love and truth. Each day has its ups and downs; each day has its inner rewards. Stay calm.
- Yes, love animates. It brings out the best, the best feeling, the best emotion, the best joy, the best thoughts, the best intimacy, the best sincerity, the best ambition, and the open and naked heart, soul being.
- Appreciate each day as it comes. Look beyond all horizons, you never know who you may meet. Be prepared, take away fear, and take away anxiety. Replace them with love, calmness and peace. You may meet me. You may meet a friend. You may meet an enemy. Treat all the same.

Yes, again, you cannot hide from me. I Am everywhere. I see everything. I know everything. Adam tried to hide his nakedness. Man still tries to hide in darkness, thinking no one will see, but I see. Guilt cannot be hidden. My way is so simple, be honest with yourself. Love deeply.
- This day, like everyday, is a day of learning, a day of feeling, a day of loving. Take this energy I give you and make good use of it. Let it inspire you. Take this love I give you and cherish it, spread it around. Take this light I give you and follow it, follow it to me. It is the path of hope and trust, the future and the tomorrow.
- Love is a different feeling to different people. Some love is deep. Some love is shallow. Some love is long-lasting. Some love passes quickly. Some love is sexual. But true love is with respect and understanding, truth and honesty and trust. Each must find his own.

Respect the world you live in, even though there are other worlds. Respect the authority and laws. Respect and abide by my laws. There are very few, only ten, all revolving around just one, love; just one, but broken millions of times. How many times each day? Life is so simple if only all understood.
- Man is a fool because he wants pleasures, the commodities and comforts of the earth. Not realizing there is a better world. All men are equal. But most strive each day for material gain, rather than the spiritual. This brings greed, hate, and lust, along with stress, tension, and anxiety. This is not love. So who's the fool? Your daily bread is important, but not meant to be an obsession.
- For forty days I was without food, being tempted, and with a great hunger. I resisted. Your appetites are satisfied, resist the rest.

Listen, this is important for you to hear. The earth is sinking. It is wasting away, eating itself up. My birds are dying, are changing. My animals are weary and tasteless. This is not only man, it is evolution, and it is Me. It is time. It is time.
- A man on the earth has time for everything. Time for his body, time for his mind, and time for his spirit. There are enough hours in the day for all. When too much time is spent on just one, this causes a breakdown in the system of oneness. A breakdown of the body. A breakdown of the mind. A breakdown of the spiritual. For this there is disease, sickness, and war. Think.
- All men have a free will. This is part of their inheritance as man. This gives him the opportunity to do as he sees fit to pass each day according to his needs. Some go for the spiritual. Some go for the material. But a wise man combines the two. Open your eyes. Be wise, my son, and combine your body, mind, and spirit for peace, Peace and calmness in your body, peace and calmness in your mind, and happy spirit.
- All religions or beliefs on the earth are united. There is only one being. One God of Creation. He is Zen. He is Mohammed. He is Jesus the Christ. He is Melchizedek. He is the Koran. He is the Bible.
- Books of the world only give words. It is up to you to understand, to have feeling. Think.
- A wise man sees each day with open eyes, open ears, and a closed mouth.
- My friend, you are an intelligent being. Organize your day with time enough to work, to play, to pray. You will feel more restful in all you do.
- To die is to come. To die in pain is to share an understanding. To die in slumber is to give of self. All men have different deaths according to their needs of existence. Death is a return.
- To those who have ears to hear, LISTEN! The earth or man is falling into the consumption of his being. The lust for money. The corruption is everywhere.
- Love and feel a help … A help of a daily life of being. It does not matter the ego, the struggle. What matters is the way. Not a philosophy of way.... words. A way of expressing a self of love.
- Ignorance holds many. Hunger holds most. Love and a sense of being hold few. So, who are the Faithful Few? A handful of sinners? A handful of philosophers? A handful of egos? NO! A handful of themselves --- those who feel, see, and only try to understand the love and ego of themselves. Faith lives ... as ego melts...
- What makes sense to a man of sound mind on earth is free will. A free will given to man. And the man knows the difference. What is right ... what is wrong? Not a spiritual type of holiness. Does spiritual holiness really exist? Is not life on earth the good ... or ...the choice between good, or not so good ... or bad or evil? Day is day, night is night. Black/White. Free will is free! Free to eat, drink and be merry and carouse. Free to eat, drink, and be merry in a limit of moderation. Free to sin. Free to love. Free to steal. Free to honor. Free! Free!
- Discipline both, my friends ... in your heart and mind, you know how. A free will to live as you. A free will to believe in your beliefs. A free will given ... to find the way back home. The home of your beginning. A free will to choose...
- A soul is a friend. A soul is. A soul touches at gestation. A soul comes, when it comes. Conception, gestation, birth, or after birth. A soul enters a being for a reason. The time of entering might be a holding back. A fight with the mind. A soul is the you within you. A soul will always survive. A soul needs love ... your love and being. A soul has been around, you haven't. A soul is your energy or strength. A soul is your wisdom of earth. A soul is your love of self, and others. A soul has been. A soul is you now. A soul captivates, as it helps you. A soul wants to live with you now, before it departs in your death. Live with your soul now, my friend, before it leaves you. Let it help you now.
- Lord, my Father, hear. OH, hear those who repent, those who search, those who ask, those who seek with a desire. Hear them. OH. Father ... hear them now. May they cry out to you first ...seek me, and repent ... call on the spirit of your free will. Let us forgive. Let us feel. Let us hear. Hear the cries of bodies and mind. Hear the cries of a heart. Hear the cries of a love ... Hear the cries of a death, a pain…
- How strong the earth shakes as a rebellion against man? How fast the wind blows now? How does man feel the wind now? Does it molest him or does it touch him with the spirit of his being? Is it the air of his self ... his real self, the inner self he seeks? Or ... is it his rebellion that shakes the earth? Ask OH, man . . .
- How many elements must a man pass to see himself? Must it be a hurricane of his disaster or the earth? And the fallen clouds, where do they pass? An emptiness and idleness of floating and being? But where do they go? To an extremity of cloudiness. To an emptiness of vastness and universe. Try a void, a total void of nothing. Let the earth tremble to shake the void, the emptiness; to shake the man. Let the earth tremble to catch the floating and the being.
- May the earth rest with man. And if man does not rest with earth and earth with man? What is earth, but sun, moon, wind, clouds, earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons? All rebellions. Rebellious of earth ... and how does man rebel? Simple: he rebels with himself.
- Not a philosophy ... but more an appreciation of the gestures, the elements, the energy, the capacity, the feeling and the realm of the universe of God and man...
- Death has no tomorrows. Death is an instant. Death is not the end of the world, it is the beginning. Remember death, as man, it can come at any given moment. Remember death, as a beginning, as a reconciliation, as a retribution. Isn't death ... the end of the world ... he lives in?
- Man . . . must he see the final destruction to tremble? The Revelation to balance? Is it not easier to see now and to avoid the tremor ... the coming? To feel peace within and joy. Is not this peace and joy everlasting? Why not search now to feel it? All is balance. .. cannot you see?
- My friends: Try to love with yourselves ... alone ... just for a day or more. Speak to yourselves and listen to yourselves. And listen to your own ego. Your ego is looking for an escape. An escape of reasoning. What is the reasoning of the escape? What is the ego doing? And what can the philosophy of all bring to you? Avoid ... emptiness. Think not philosophy ... think realism!
- Friends: Life is lonely. It can be lonelier when you feel. Each soul has to do it alone.
- You are not alone. Pass the void to feel the realism. When you touch your soul you feel the truth. Is not truth lonely? Real truth?
- My only commandment is to love. Do you need a philosophy to love? Do you need a philosophy to open yourselves…. to be yourselves? Why is there always a but ... with man…. Is it the same "but" I put before you, my friends...?
- The axle of the earth will take a tilt soon.
- Thoughts have merit. What are the merits of the thought?
- The meek shall inherit the earth. Those who are meek and humble have touched their souls. Are you?
- To those who have a terminal illness, or have been told of a deadline or a destiny or life on earth ... feel joy. Why be sad when you at least know, more or less, that your days are numbered? Are you not more privileged than those who struck down in an instant without awareness? You are aware. Your soul is aware. Get out of your gloom and sorrow, and ... your pain and your suffering will be less. Cure your heart, your own heart and mind to love each day. With each day ... with you in it, but, as well as others. Feel... Share... Hope ... there is always hope. A miracle is: Faith ... Touch your Faith ...
- How real it is to see yourself in the mirror each day and not see the real you looking back at you, friends. Do you see pride in your appearance? Is this appearance for you or for others? Is it ego? You judge. The sad part is that you never will know how others see you, as; they have their own eyes, not yours. Look through your eyes and find yourself and your soul looking at you, as other souls do...
- Join up to the soul who guides you. A guide, yes . . . You must feel the guidance. Like a friend giving a suggestion. A soul gives no orders. It depends on you to ask. You can accept the help and reply to your asking, or, you can continue on your way ... You were born with help and freedom. Choose . . .
- Go to your temples, your buildings of belief, friends...
- Some go, as they are pulled to go. Some go with ego, for others to see ... but only to see their body. Some go to follow. Some go in earnest and respect and love. Some need a leader. But when the half hour, the hour, or more is gone, where are they?
- Repeat, OH, man your prayers and your words of your instant. Live them at any hour ... not just when you pray for your remorse. If you pray at a given moment ... feel it. Do you need a building to hide it?
- Follow all religion of birth ... but follow yourselves and follow yourselves with your souls. For all who ask, seek, and pray ... there is only one ... I Am ... you are ... we are one.
- If the earth trembles ... it trembles. If it is not close to you ... you do not feel ...you forget. But you are earth, my friends. Part of you feels, part of you knows.
- My dear friends: I speak. I give and I share words. The words are you, the thoughts are you. The words, the giving and sharing are you. Do you understand?
- If my only commandment is love, what are you looking for?
- What is anything and for what? Why do you do it? Why, my brothers, do you continue, and continue to do all the things that, at times, your mind says not to do. There is not one that escapes this pleasure or pain. Pray, for what you pray, but hear the response. It may take time to adjust.
- The fight is yours, but only to control the mind that fights against the thought...
- To those who listen ... To those who listen to themselves. To those who feel. To those who feel themselves. To those who search. To those who feel the search. To those who want to share. Those who feel an extra sense. Those who touch themselves. Those who are human in mind and body. Those who feel all that man has to offer.
- OH, man find thyself. OH, man feel thyself.
- Search thyself to find. Search thyself to feel. Search thyself, not to try to understand but to feel the self of thy glory.
- The eternal search of thy being. The simplicity and love of life ..
- My friends, why does an ego interrupt in your honest and humble attempts to try and understand the eternity of your beings?
- You may pray, you may think, you may meditate. With prayers, and thoughts, and meditation, you live. How do you feel that it changes you?
- Words are given to help you. Help your prayers ... as such. Help your thoughts...
- Meditate, not with them ... but without them ... Meditate only with you
- AIDS, in the world, as man calls it, has been on earth since the beginning, as has gold, diamonds, gas, petroleum. As has leprosy ... as has cancer. Cancer and AIDS eat the inner self of man. Not all men. What is, really is, your inner self?
- Don't point the finger at the man who has such. Look within. If man is to rot, he will rot. In death he will be nothing.
- Is not man corrupt in the same way in his daily affairs? He is rotten in mind. But remember ... all have a choice. All know the right and the wrong ... but exactly at the beginning. Their body is following ... it is following the mind, as it controls the functions. The cancer, the virus enters unaware. Yes, unaware. Not only to corrupt ...but to give a second thought. Know the second thought.
- Is not the end of the world, each day to some men ... as death? They leave and go ... But is not the judgment everyday? To some men and to others? What is the last day to you? Think from your beginning and know where you began...
- My body is of bread, my blood of wine. My body is of flesh and food. My blood is of hope and love and trust.
- My wine is the cup of peace. Quench your thirst and hunger.
- Sip the cup and taste the wine. Think with the mind that cannot taste nor thirst ... but is.
- Your only search on earth is to live to your death. But while on earth prepare for the death, the release of the body. The choice is up to you, my friends. It can be at any moment: the choice or the death...
- The daily news of all the corruption on earth.... you hear and forget when it doesn't affect you. My news to you, my friends, is to prepare. It doesn't affect you now at this moment ... but ... how will it affect you in a moment of panic? Will you remember my words? Remember them and live them today, as tomorrow is coming. Convince yourselves...
- To be a hypocrite has many meanings. What is your own definition with yourself?
- The star is shining to all those who see it. Not only to see ... but to look for it in blindness.
- A good wine is a reserve and better with age. A good cheese, cured with age is ripened to the palate of taste. Is this not time friends? And you, friends, do you not need time to develop? Not by age ... but by time. The moments are yours by choice, not by years. Weigh the moments, the time in your own hearts ... with your own mind. Do you know when you are ripe? When you are developed and when you are at peace of mind in reserve?
- Prepare for what is coming. If you have peace within, your panic will be less.
- Given to man is justice ...and just man must be.
- How hard it is for you to listen. Harder for you to live what you hear.
- The combination of body, mind, soul and spirit is hard to understand. The simplicity is to try.
- The discipline of man is himself.
- The thunder will hit the groin of many, as well as the sun will shine for others.
- Man of earth . . . where is your heaven if not within you? Wake up with the sun. Sleep with the moon. Find your universe within.
- Have you ever tried to live a day, just one day, without a worry? Without a care, without a thought of "if" and "what" and "when"? Don't give up ... but try to live a day without.
- A seed is planted. It fights the earth, the elements. It pushes to get to the light of its existence. And you ... are you blinded by light? Must you dig into the earth to see the sun of light and the stars of the universe and darkness?
- Words are like an earthquake ...they tremble to the mind.
- Those who feel will look and search and know. The rest will have to find
- Every pain is shared in the oneness of life. We are one.
- Don't wait for any man. Wait for yourself first.
- Let panic be your tenderness of self.
- Death is a passing and uniting. Sorrow for some. Happiness for others who realize the transition.
- The poor of the earth are rich, because their Faith is deep.
- Time is short. Find the short time for yourself.
- The pockets of man are deep.
- To be alone, but ... really ... just alone and not know what to do with self ... is to find yourself ... the emptiness ... and the whole self within. Try it . . .
- Again I repeat ... hard is the road to eternity. It is more than absorbing all your being and ego and falseness.
- All men are false ... with themselves and others. Ask yourself ... how false are you with yourself? and how do you really feel yourself? How do you help yourself each day? Begin tomorrow.
- Who are the enemies of man on earth? They do not come from another galaxy. It is man killing and maiming man. Pray for those who suffer the torture of their brother man.
- Look up to the stars ... Take a bath of light ... Feel the truth and light given to you. Why were stars given?
- My Kingdom is vaster than the universe. What is yours?
- Snakes crawl ... stand up high with your faith.
- The sphere of wisdom lies in the heart of man. It is love and knowledge. The control is his goodness.
- How deep is the love you have to search for, to feel the truth of the love you search?
- To hide in the nudity of Adam and Eve is more to be bitten again and again.... then find the beginning of your end.
- Who are the youth of today? Look back generation OH, man. What have you hidden for them to seek? What have you hidden? Have you hidden your real self? Ah, yes, you will say ... I want better ... But ... What is better in the same world? Is it not better to communicate and express your feelings? All humans are the same. They are the sons and daughters of light ... of the beginning. Give your light, love ... All generations are feeling. All generations must pass; there is no age with reality.
- O' generation of hope! Generate your youth ... generate your love ... feel who you are . . . Dance with the wind and the sound of the wind and not the ecstasy of falseness.
- How many words must you read and re-read to understand just two: Peace and love...
- The plagues will come. Is not man a plague now on the earth? Let him ask himself.
- The earth is changing ... has not man changed in the evolution? Simple is the heart who feels with the soul.
- Those before you lived and died. Those with you and perhaps after you will do the same. What is your stress?
- Death is eternal birth. Life is the search.
- If the universe was to fall ... where would you hide?
- May just one word touch your soul ...for your happiness ... and mine? Return. Return.
- Trust in the beginning of your words of prayer. Let your trust be your beginning and your prayer.
- What do you think man on earth needs to know himself? Look into the eyes of man and see their desperation
- Ask me to help a brother and I will listen to you.
- Everything on earth has been given for a reason. Find the reason why you are on earth.
- If lightning makes you shudder and fear and touches a nerve; find yourself before the big storm ...the big thunder, the big wind. If you are prepared you will smile with your own light.
- If I touch a bird ... it flies. If I touch a leaf ... it grows. If I touch the wind ... it blows. I Am ... prepare yourselves when I touch.
- How many earthquakes must shake you? How many hurricanes must blow? How many typhoons must erupt? And how many volcanoes must spit out in hope? Where are you in feeling? Where are you in trying to love ... trying to give ... and trying to share? Those that try will be heard ... as the thunder around them.
- The angels are roaming the earth ... they are looking ... Let them find you with an open heart and soul. Be marked with the love of yourself, for you, for others, and for me. Let us begin...
- In your mind repeat my commandments ... and try to feel why they were given. Are they not all that is happening on the earth today? Only ten ... only ten ways of loving.
- How hard for man to just be. For him to feel the roots of his being, to feel his soul, to touch the womb of his mother, to touch the sperm of his father, to touch the beginning of himself, to touch his seed, to feel the beginning, to feel the reason, to feel the pain, to feel the joy, to feel the life, to feel the passing, to feel the why, to feel the suffering, to feel the ecstasy, to feel the highs, to feel the lows, to feel. Feel Me, OH, men. I am ever present. I am helping you pass all the feelings that you pass. And if you ask why? Ask of Me ... and I Am there. I Am help. I Am real. I Am.
- The destiny of man will come from all corners of the earth. Amen.
- There are two sides to everything. Such is the balance of life ... Such is the balance of man. Earth is not different. Look to the high mountains and you can almost feel the calm green trees that grow ...Is not the opposite a volcano in the lurk? Look to the ocean and see the still blue water ...seek it again in grey and turmoil as a havoc of a hurricane. Look to the breeze and the cyclone: and tornado of its harshness. Look to the sky and see the blue horizon and then again the falling tears that can flood the land. There are two sides…..Look at man in loving ... What is hate?
- Do you think souls can speak to each other? Do you think they can find each other? Ask your mind and soul...
- Pride is a glow, but humility has more light, it is more a fever . . .
- Races of the world: see the colors of yourselves in the mirror first .., before you judge the reflection...
- How hard is to be consistent in all that you do, just for one day? Try again tomorrow in peace...
- How many times must I repeat: panic brings prayer, prepare before panic and prayer.
- What are your errors in life? Just feel the stress. .. Speak to me.
- To be a mother is to love a sibling of your being. To be a mother is to direct. Ask my mother, she let go of Me at a tender age…, to be herself and to share herself. Love as love is . . .
- What do you hold within your self, my friends? Find the shadow of your doubt.
- How can I tell you how to live a life in peace… but total peace? No man, on earth, has passed such a peace. I have suffered. I left a cross as an emblem. I help you with yours. All angels are….were… and will be. Join the way if you wish. There is no escape. Pass and understand realism
- The earth is changing. Don't be blind. Use your eyes to see the soul pushing you. Time. Be with it ...
- How hard it is to live peace and love in one day. Try again tomorrow ...
- Live as naturally as you think, and you will be healthier and happier. Many things are of the mind.... even faith.
- The monopolies of man are his monopoly. The monopoly of the Church is of the Church.
- But the monopoly of me is no monopoly... It is Me. I Am. I Am with you in all ... In all love, all peace, all pain, all worry. Change doubt ... to faith ... live love . . .
- How humble is a coward? But, why does a coward fear? What is fear? Does man fear an unknown? I Am unknown ... Fear of man as a coward is a lost of self. Trust in yourself ... with me ... but, don't lose it. Feel it again and again . . . as a day is an again-and-again.
- To absorb the unknown reality is to feel a faith within. Do you understand?
- Talk truth if you want to hear truth.
- The circle of life is as just as birth and death. The circle is you.
- Strength is shared ... touch mine.
- Ego was given to man to balance his virtues. How hard. How many feel their ego? And how many know when to stop and feel the virtue of themselves?
- Trust what you have forgotten and what you seek.
- Show your true face to me ... and I will know your truth
- Humility is being humble at a given time….. But not a fool.
- There are many unknowns. Man still has to progress and learn. Has he not in this century? And if this is earth now, today, will he not learn more tomorrow to fly and communicate? Ah ... communication! You don't need a telephone or a computer to speak to me. All you need is just you. For me ... and the others you live and share with, communicate in truth ... and share. Open the line of feeling. Communicate, feel, love, share... Talk!
- Who has ever felt guilty of love? only those who have not been true.
- Let the child play in his innocence, but may the adult learn the truth of an innocent child. Where does the line of understanding life and responsibility begin? How dependent is a child who only seeks love? Speak to me my children of the earth in your innocence.
- Body, mind, soul and spirit ... Not one knows all.
- A soul returning has the same agitation as before.
- As the wind blows, as a bird flies, and a bee hovers, as the insect flow . . . so does man take a breath of the same air of the wind, the same air of nature and the same air of both worlds. Breathe and absorb!
- A tremble in the world is needed at times for one and all to panic and to wake up to reality.
- Mountains will begin to speak out. How dormant and peaceful they have been. As man does not see his own peace within ... so does he, as an atom of being, relinquish his feelings to other elements. The circle continues.
- Look at a map of the world and see the war, the death, the starving, the corruption… Look at a map of the world and find yourself in it ... Feel it. Look at a map of the world and point to out a place of peace. Can you find it?
- What price would you pay to be free of pain? What price would you pay to be free of stress and sorrow? You don't have to pay ... you have to give now. You cannot buy real love. You cannot buy death. You cannot pay for your soul. But ... you can try to balance yourself. Look for your hope
- If I said tomorrow as the end, it could be the end of many things. It could be the end of all things. Your end is you. It will come to you sooner or later. Don't depend on age. Any man can cross the road and not reach the other end, the other side of the road. Do you not understand what it is to prepare? The hour will come and is at hand. It could be a moment for you and for many and…..
- What do you hold within your self, my friends? Find the shadow of your doubt.
- If truth hurts…. Why as for truth to feel pain? If I Am truth….. Am I pain?
- Try not to speak for a day, try to love.
- Progress has brought many conveniences ...Push the button to reach the heart and soul of you.
- Man cannot progress and stop the sun or rain at his command. Light and darkness is mine… as man lives his life daily in the light and dark of himself.
- How bright is the sun of light? How long can you look directly into the eyes of the sun? Directly, not for long. How long can you look into the inner light of yourself? How long?
- Depression is the bottom….Is not higher a heaven?
- I am not a stranger to you. I am not a statue in adoration. I Am, feel who I Am more ... the real of all.
- When you start to speak to me as a brother and friend, you will feel better. I know everything. But, I want you to open and tell me in your words. Share them with me, as you are living them. Have a conversation with me, may prayer be open.
- Quake o'earth but know the man in search who moves with his heart in the core of you. Feel his need as you move in destruction and spare the love within him. Acknowledge his search for peace ...
